Tai IGP Veneto Orientale
A wine of straw yellow colour with greenish hues and a fine, delicate and aromatic perfume.
The taste is dry and soft with an aftertaste of almonds.
Alcohol content: 12,5% BY VOL.
Serving temperature: 10°C.
Pairing: recommended with light starters, all kind of pottages and soups, first courses with mushrooms, fried seafood, Baccalà Mantecato (regional stockfish dish) and soft cheese.
