"Rupestrys" Verduzzo IGP Veneto Orientale
Rupestrys is a meditation wine resulting from the harvest of 2003, a very hot season
that caused the grapes to ripen in a very special way. Moreover, the grapes were slightly withered to enhance aromas. After four long years in a tonneau, the result is a very complex wine.
The colour is golden with amber hues. The fragrance is reminiscent of dried dates and figs; aromas of vanilla and almond skin emerge.
Alcohol content: 12% BY VOL.
Serving temperature: 14°C.
Pairing: goes well with mature cheese and almond based dry desserts.
