"Jupiter Vinum" Cabernet Sauvignon IGP Veneto Orientale
Jupiter Vinum (wine of Jupiter) is obtained from the grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, after vinification and a long maturation in small oak barrels.
The colour is intense ruby-red with garnetred nuances. It's evocative of black pepper, tobacco, raspberry and marasca cherry. In the mouth it gives the sensation of dark chocolate.
Alcohol content: 13,5% BY VOL.
Serving temperature: 18°-20°C to enjoy it at best.
Pairing: excellent with venison and mature cheese.
