A pleasantly fruity white wine of straw colour, that over the course of time gets a bouquet that is evocative of hay.

Serving temperature: 10°C.
Pairing: suitable for tasting outside of the meals, but goes also well with light starters and fresh cheese, vegetable soups and dishes based on herbs, eggs and fish.
